Original paintings, photography and sculptures keep things fresher than the hot cup of Keurig© brewed coffee you can enjoy curled up by the fireplace. We stock the bathrooms with Downy© ultra plush toilet paper for your wiping pleasure and guarantee you'll sleep well on our premium Tuft & Needle© Mattresses. Watch a BluRay on one of the 65" flatscreens, explore the property on a family hike, or grab a board game for some quality family fun before roasting S'mores on the outdoor fire pit.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a large jacuzzi tub, stained glass windows, and 15ft vaulted ceilings.

The downstairs master bedroom has its own private full bathroom, a queen bed and french doors which access the sprawling back porch.

The bunkroom is home to a futon couch, a 65" flat screen television, a large workspace for arts and crafts and a twin bunk bed with a hidden trundle, to accommodate up to seven people.

Oh, and did we mention there is an art gallery inside the castle's turret?

  • In order to be a true retreat, we do not have satellite or TV of any kind, so if you want to watch the game or stream live TV, Stonehaven may not be the place for you.

  • The two televisions both have BluRay/DVD players.

  • Accessibility: the front entrance is ground level (one step into home). The back entrance has multiple steps onto deck. You can access the back of the property without using steps by walking through the lawn to go around back. Note: the property sits on a hillside, not flat ground

  • YES! But it is very simple to purchase online. Usually only $60-$100 for $1,000,000+ in coverage. This protects you in the case of any emergencies/damages caused by the event.

  • We are not a full service event venue, we do not provide event services at this time.

    For event services, here are a few recommendations in the area:

  • Alcohol is allowed at your event. However, if you will be serving alcohol to your guest then you must have a licensed bartender & assume all responsibility for any damage due to intoxication of guests.

  • WE ARE AN ALLERGY FREE HOME! Pets are NOT allowed on the property.

  • ALL excess trash (that does not fit in the two provided bins) needs to be removed from the property post event.

    Any additional trash left will incur a $250 “clean up” fee.

    Additionally, ALL tables, chairs, flowers, arches, props, etc need to be removed from the property before your check-out time. Please check with your event management company to ensure they know the policy before the event is over.

  • Stonehaven has a 1-way single car, half mile long, private driveway. Most groups recruit volunteer parking attendants to help guests get in and out of the property. Guests can park cars along the side of the driveway or in the grassy area in front of the house. Other guests have opted to use a local shuttle service from a nearby parking lot for larger events.

  • We take the safety of our guest very seriously. We have compiled a list of emergency contacts nearby:
