  • DATE AVAILIBILITY

    RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

    • To reserve dates, we require a $1,000 deposit. 

    • If your reservation is less than 3 months out, then the full amount is due upfront.

    • After paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due in full 3 months prior to your event date. 

    To reserve your dates, please do the following:

    • Select your desired package 

    • Check-out

    • During checkout, enter the appropriate code below for the package you select. This will lower the total due upfront to $1,000 to reserve your dates.

      • Small Event package = RESERVATIONDEPOSIT40

      • Large Event Package = RESERVATIONDEPOSIT75

    EVENT PACKAGE INFORMATION

    Our event packages include the following:

    • Includes a 3-night stay for up to 16* guest (*refer to our Air BnB listing for more details on sleeping arraignments: Stonehaven AirBnB Listing)

    • Includes all rental fees, taxes & cleaning fees.

    • Includes a 1-day event with a headcount up to 40/75 people max (depending on package). 

    NOTE

    The 40/75 max headcount applies to daytime guests only. The overnight headcount is 16. 

    The daytime guest headcount may exceed the overnight headcount of 16 on any day included in your reservation; the 1-day event policy applies only to the primary event. Meals, photoshoots, and pre-event/post-event dress rehearsals are allowed & do not count against the 1-day event policy. 

    INSURANCE

    Proof of insurance is required for the following:

    • All events with over 20 guests 

    • When serving alcohol to guest

    RATES

    Refer to our booking page to view our current event package rates.

  • PAYMENT PROCESSING

    • All transactions are securely processed online through “Stripe” payment processing system.

    REFUNDS

    • Full refund available if canceled a minimum of 180 days prior to event date. (minus a $75 processing fee)

    • 50% refund available if canceled a minimum of 90 days prior to event date.

    • No refund available if canceled less than 90 days prior to event date.

    • In the event of an emergency or unsafe inclement weather that requires canceling your event prior to your event date, your payments can be applied to another available date, subject to approval.

  • We are not a full service event venue, we do not provide event services at this time.

    For event services, here are a few recommendations in the area:

  • We are an allergy free home.

    Pets are NOT allowed on the property (with the exception of certified service animals).

  • ALL excess trash (that does not fit in the two provided bins) needs to be removed from the property post event.

    Any additional trash left will incur a $250 “clean up” fee.

    Additionally, ALL tables, chairs, flowers, arches, props, and/or other decor or materials need to be removed from the property by check-out.

  • Stonehaven has a 1-way single car, half mile long, private driveway. Most groups recruit volunteer parking attendants to help guests get in and out of the property. Guests can park cars along the side of the driveway or in the grassy area in front of the house. Other guests have opted to use a local shuttle service from a nearby parking lot for larger events.

  • We take the safety of our guest very seriously. We have compiled a list of emergency contacts nearby:
